Tama-chan is a very short girl clad in Kendo armour; most opponents would assume Tama-chan is small fry. Appearances can be deceiving: that small body houses an indomitable fighting spirit, a frightening shout and blindingly fast attacks. Daughter of a Kendo dojo, Tama-chan has held a Shinai since age 4 and has fought many opponents up to now, to the point where renowned instructors bow down to her.
That's only when she's in Kendo mode though. Outside the dojo, she is an adorable girl who causes people to unconsciously feed her. She can eat fast but is mindful of quantity, speaks politely and somewhat quietly, and is nervous when dealing with people at her part-time job. At first, she saw no reason to join the school's Kendo club since Kendo was just a house chore to her. But later on, she started attending when she made friends. Actually, the spark that got her to join was Justice - a bully who needed to be put in his place.
Yes, it was Justice. Tama-chan burns for hot-blooded Sentai (power rangers genre) anime, giving off a dazzling aura to her friends when she gets worked up. She hasn't fallen so deep in addiction that she forgets about family - she still makes her father proud of her many times.
